Okay, if you have seen the Matrix then this may be a little tiny bit easier.I will give the full explanation anyway.Start off by getting a spoon.Hold it in your hand.Now,the whole deal is that all life is in a circle.All is connected to all.You are therefore connected with the spoon.You now have to tell yourself and make yourself beleive that everything is an extention of you.That spoon is you.You are the spoon.Make your mind and the spoon be one.All is one.Now bend your mind.The spoon will bend also.
Moving Small Objects
Small objects means small objects.That means that a paperclip is probably the biggest thing you will be able to do.Now, if you read the instructions for spoon bending,that is basically all you should need to know.All you need to know now is what is different.Place the object in front of you.Now understand the concept in spoon bending.Concentrate your eyes on the object as steady as possible.Now concentrate on that concept.Keep your eyes on the object.Concentrate as hard as you can on the object.Now slowly move your eyes in the desired direction.The object will move with your eyes if you concentrate hard enough.
