Jing Access
To access Jing, you must be truly powerful.You must be dedicated to your training.When Jing is accessed, you will (in the middle of training)see a green or red dragon circle around your stomach and enter your hera.This is when you have accesed Jing.
Jing Blast
Create a block at your wrist so ki can't get through.Visualize your ki replacing your bone marrow and filling up your bone.Visualize your bone shrinking.Remove the block.Compressed ki will come out, but it still is not Jing.(2.->)Visualize the ki turning into something hard and solid (like a rock).It will turn into jing.Use a normal ki blast tech,but with the jing.Congrats.
Jing Blast 2
Create a one-handed ki ball.Visualize it hardening and compressing into something like a rock.Now,to launch it, visualize it being pushed out of it's spot by a long pole,like a telephone pole.Aim towards pushing it through the opponent.It will leave,maybe,a red mark the first time,but when you are strong enough, it will be able to puncture cars.
